The course is filled with students, who may have started their language journey recently or many years ago, but love the language and wish to improve.
Advanced course: B2
What are our advanced B2 classes?
Speaking Spanish well, using the correct tenses and improving your level of understanding.
At B2 level the class is held totally in Spanish. We use the book ELE B2, but cover extra material in class. You may be reading a novel in Spanish, discussing a Spanish movie, TV programme or a show you saw in the local theatre. The structure is a little more fluid in this group but still follows our grammar, verb and conversation structure. In class we discuss cultural and local customs so you gain an understanding of both language and culture. You will be in the company of students who may have traveled in South America and many Spanish-speaking countries and places, so the differences in the uses and meanings of the language are covered here.
The focus of the course.
The emphasis at this level is on correcting small errors and increasing confidence. Using new vocabulary and conversation practice at this higher level. You will be encouraged to discuss your learning requirements at the start of the course. This course is student focused and designed to raise your level of Spanish to facilitate passing the B2 exam with ease.
